What's up, DOC?
What’s up, DOC?

Have you it the “COVID CURB” yet?

A: Fortunately, my family and I have been unaffected by the virus thus far. Unfortunately, like most everyone I’ve had to curb my travel, so I’ve created some new techniques to keep energized and focused at home during the days. One of my favorite pastimes is using Thai Cross massage to calm and reset mind and body. Since I don’t yet feel comfortable visiting my local massage therapist, I’ve found alternate relaxation methods that can be used in the home. It’s not a permanent solution, but it does help some.

Have you made any major adjustments to business operations due to COVID

A: When “normal” travel does resurface, our clients – and we – need to move quickly. In the pre-COVID era, we allowed flexible terms with credit card holds.  However, this can get restrictive when full itineraries with trips to other countries, remote locations, and/or big events like the Super Bowl are involved.

And now, a little buying tip …

Since COVID began, there have been more stringent travel requirements, so we no longer extend dollar-for-dollar flight credit to clients. We now require them to purchase our ANJET ExecuCard  ($100,0000-$1,0000,0000) so that all charges and fees are covered.

This enables us to avoid situations whereby an aircraft may be available and amounts need to be settled immediately, and the client is unreachable. Another positive result of the  ANJET ExecuCard is attracting a more loyal new client … once they’ve made a significant financial commitment, they’re much more likely to continue using your services – and we like that!

(3) What are some of the future plans for your company?

A: We plan to continue our current operations in the post-COVID era. Our “remote employee” format works well. So, we know that this is the kind of job that can be performed from anywhere in the world. This allows us to continue to service our clientele. It also provides the freedom to work from, well, wherever. The “remote” scenario has been frowned upon by some prior to COVID, but we want our people to be comfortable and contented in what we ask them to do. If that happens to be in their favorite pajamas or bathrobe, then so be it!
